Assistant / Administrator / Associate

A growing business is looking for a client relations / customer service focussed Assistant / Associate with proven experience in a Wealth Management, Banking, Fund, Investment, Insurance, Trust, Loan, Portfolio, Risk or similar financial services business. This is an office-based role located on the Shropshire / Staffordshire / West Midlands border.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for making client appointments, preparing and distributing client meeting packs, answering and logging all client calls, inputting CFR documents on Salesforce, processing fund switches / rebalances & withdrawals, preparing business submission documents, liaising with the Paraplanning team as well as ensuring GDPR & FCA protocols are adhered to.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the financial services sector. This Client / Customer Administrator role is paying up to £27,000 plus performance related bonus and benefits.
