My client, a leading professional services firm in Bank, Central London, are looking for a strong and established Application Support Engineer to join their growing team. The purpose of this role is to provide high-end support and resolution of issues for the company's web applications.
The successful candidate will track and manage internal and third-party application development or system infrastructure change requests, including those related to the budgeting process.
Interact with outside developers, clients and their teams to help with their questions regarding the use of platforms and applications.
Assist with onboarding and provide ongoing support to team members to efficiently solve user's issues.
Create and maintain project planning documentation, including business end-user requirements, user and administrative workflows, KPIs and quality assurance procedures.
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- At least 2 years of experience engaging with end-users to provide support of online services, including troubleshoots and capturing feedback.
- Experience supporting or managing software development projects i.e. new feature development tracking with internal and third-party engineers.
