A well-established and rapidly growing not for profit organisation providing support service for children have a newly created role for an Application Support Analyst to assist with its business wide digital transformation programme.
As the Application Support Analyst, you will be supporting the internal user base across a range of bespoke applications. You will be working on a variety of initiatives and contribute to the company’s digital transformation journey and implementation of new software and associated technologies, playing an integral role in company wide support delivery and assist in the enhancement of the existing application environment.
The ideal candidate will have some application support experience from working in a similar role and enjoy building relationships with stakeholders. You will support, design and configure change reports, dashboards and database fields. Any SQL skills would be advantageous. SharePoint would also be advantageous.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £42,000 per annum. Please note that the organisation offers flexible working + great benefits.
