A leader in aviation software, based in Farnborough, are looking for a motivated Application Support Analyst to join their team. This position will be responsible for handling faults and requests and escalating where necessary, writing software reports and SQL scripting for analysing data.
This position comes about at a time of rapid growth as the company deliver their next generation of cloud based software packages.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the software engineering team for resolution of issues.
- Efficient recording of defects.
- Creation and amendment of software reports.
- Monitor and debug performance and usage metrics.
- Execution of scripts in SQL.
Skills:
- Previous experience working with SQL scripting.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Previous exposure to cloud based products.
