Appian Developer/Software Engineer Contract (Up to £600 per day Outside IR35, remote and for an initial 6 month period with potential to extend)

A global insurance company is looking for an experienced Appian Software professional. The day rate is up to £600 and you will be working on global projects for a highly reputable organisation.

Duties will include:

Establishing the framework for the Appian environments and configuration aligned user access management and project setup
- Provide expert guidance and support for the project teams that utilise the framework
- Creating and maintaining the best practices for the Appian development lifecycle including DevOps pipeline and Continuous Integration (CI/CD)
- Consult on and iterate our existing low code solution design process and the creation / adoption of any accelerators
- Actively participate in handover sessions for vendor built solutions, defining support models and formalisation of on-going support.

To be considered suitable you will need the following skills/experience:

Recent experience in Appian Design & Development
Experience with SDLC, configuration, deployment and testing of enterprise applications
Experience in working on cross-functional teams building products using Agile methodologies and DevOps
Experience in architecture design, scripting and/or programming experience.
Background in working with relevant CI/CD tools
Understanding of Java, Web Services and API Integration
Appian administration experience
