Agile Product / Programme Manager - Claims systems and processes
Remote/Home working, visiting either the London or Birmingham offices twice a month.
Initial 12 month fixed term contract with the intention of becoming permanent thereafter. Salary up to £70,000 plus 20% bonus, 25 days holiday and 10% pension.
A global insurance company is looking for an Agile Product Manager to join its growing team. This role will work with stakeholders globally with a focus on delivering the optimisation and automation of claims systems and processes. Day to day duties will include:

Represent the Product and its best interests in all key meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Work collaboratively with stakeholders to create product vision and roadmap

Own the product and projects through entire lifecycle

Working towards moving the function from being project focused towards being product focused

Collaborate with technical BAs on creating appropriate user stories.

Collaborate with the Development Team on refining the solutions

Ensure delivery teams clearly understand the product vision, business outcomes and the value

Interacting with external vendors of services
To be considered suitable you will need to have the following experience/skills:
- Project/Product management experience within the insurance or financial service sectors
- Agile methodology
- Any experience in AI, data science, process optimisation/automation projects would be highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management experience
