We are seeking candidates with experience in fast-paced finance or administrative settings and proficiency in Microsoft applications like Excel and Word. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, well-organised individual with exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities. This role is based with a global market research consultancy with offices near Covent Garden.
This is a hybrid position, with occasional travel to the office when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and approving job forms
- Ensuring consistent data flow between platforms aligns with client contracts
- Capturing and supporting any project scope changes
- Tracking and following up on client documentation such as contracts, SOWs, and POs
- Maintaining organised client contract folders
- Conducting ongoing timeline reviews with project leads to ensure prompt client invoicing
- Handling other ad-hoc duties as needed
