An exciting opportunity for a confident self-starter to join a specialist engineering consultancy as an Operations Administrator has become available. This role will work closely with the Managing Director and Finance Manager to support the head offices operations and ensure the smooth running of the businesses functions. This position is based in Kingston upon Thames.
You will be responsible for Financial administration including; maintaining companywide job costs records such as timesheets, providing cost analysis to project leaders and preparing invoice drafts and issuing to clients.
The role will also manage the IT service provider and ensure there is timely resolution of any issues, keep records of the company's equipment and software and source new equipment where needed.
Ad-hoc office administration will also be expected from the successful candidate.
The position offers the opportunity to get involved in Marketing activities such as social media marketing, creation of proposals, brochures and advertisement collateral.

- Strong PC and IT literacy skills.
- Strong communication skills.
This role is offering up to £33,000 and is flexible offering 1 day working from home.
