We are highly regarded for our ethical approach to recruitment and are seeking Administrators to focus on candidate support, to work alongside our most experienced consultants.
Many of our team have over six years recruitment experience and will help you develop your general business skills. We have an in-house candidate database of nearly 1 million CVs and each vacancy that we work on requires us to build a comprehensive shortlist of suitable people for the role.
An Administrator will focus on making candidate arrangements and number of back office task. They will set up interviews, send confirmation, write and post job adverts and deal with large volumes of interest. The role could extend to initially screening and interviewing candidates to provide our consultants with a manageable list of suitable people for their client's vacancies, however administration will be the main focus of the role.
This is an entry level position where initial and ongoing training will be provided. No recruitment experience is required and you will be fully briefed on how to complete each task.
In order to be suitable for this position you will be driven and determined, and have a good level of written and verbal communication.
Your role will require you to speak to people at all levels of seniority.
