A prestigious, specialist insurance business is looking for an Administrator (IT) to join the IT team. To be suitable for this role, you will need to be familiar with IT terminology and concepts and have experience in a similar role.
As the Administrator (IT) reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will provide high quality day-to-day administration support to the IT function.
Your key responsibilities as IT Administrator will include document and content admin; maintaining various material on IT processes, procedures, help guides and training materials and content management of the IT pages on SharePoint online. You will manage the IT Procurement process for hardware, software, renewals and oversee external suppliers and manage IT assets including software licences, renewals, IT hardware and IT support agreements. Other duties will include assisting with IT Project administration, assisting the IT trainer with coordinating and scheduling training, IT procurement processing including raising purchase orders, invoice approvals etc. and other relevant related duties.
To be suitable for this role you will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, you will be familiar with IT terminology and concepts and have excellent MS Office skills and experience. You will be highly organised, able to pick up new systems quickly and be an excellent communicator who is friendly and approachable.
The salary on offer for the role is up to £40,000 per annum dependent on the level of experience plus a great benefits package.
