A highly successful, award winning Law firm with offices in the UK and Europe are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join the Finance team at their stunning office in Central London.

As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, reporting to the Financial Controller, you will look after the administration of accounts payable, disbursement management and petty cash management and supervise and support the Accounts Payable Clerk.
Your key responsibilities as Accounts Payable Supervisor will include processing purchase invoices and cheque requests, correctly inputting suppliers, invoices, bank payments and reconciling supplier accounts in the accounting system, processing bank and BAC payments and sending remittance invoices. You will also reconcile UK bank accounts monthly, coordinate credit card reconciliation and resolve supplier invoicing issues.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role ideally within the legal or professional services sector. Working experience and an understanding of Access Accounting Software and Inprotech is preferable. You will have a professional attitude and be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels.
The salary on offer is up to £38,000 per annum + benefits package.
