A successful business is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team on a full-time basis. Please note, this role is an office-based position so you will need to commute into Farringdon 5 days per week.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will support a close-knit finance team with the end-to-end accounting function. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices, updating monthly cost spreadsheets, recording invoice receipts, and raising queries to relevant suppliers Your role will support the retrieval of invoices including the collation of paperwork so strong organisational and administrative skills are essential for this role.
In order to be considered for this position you will be a confident and capable accounting professional. You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong attention to detail coupled with an excellent communication style. Experience of Sage Line 50 will be advantageous but by no means necessary.
