Accounts and Payroll Administrator - Teddington, West London
*Initial 7 month fixed term contract paying up to £30,000 pro rata. Hybrid/flexible working (1 day per week in the office)*
An award winning organisation based in Teddington is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team.
Day to day duties will include:
- Supporting an internal Payroll Advisor and external payroll company
- Checking of expenses and reviewing monthly payroll data
- Preparing reports and payment runs
- Responding to queries
- Recording invoices and maintaining supplier accounts
- Allocating payments and setting up of acounts
To be considered suitable you will need the following:
- Ability to travel to the Teddington office 1 day a week
- Previous experience of supporting payroll and accounting
- Strong customer service skills and proficient in Excel
