£200 per day or up to £35,000 per annum pro rata.
My client, a leader in Civil Engineering based in Kingston-upon-Thames, are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper with solid experience with Xero accounting software to support their finance and IT teams in implementing and rolling out the new software.
This role will consist of supporting the migration of data including sales and purchase invoices, setting up supplier and customer accounts on the new system and reconciliation of account balances brought forward from the prior accounting system.
There will also be ad hoc duties surrounding the Finance function and the implementation of the new system.
Skills:
At least 3 years of experience is required
Experience working with Xero accounting software
Good time management and communication skills
