A global business insights firm are looking for a bright and ambitious Accounts Assistant to join their team. This role would be ideal for someone who is already in an Accounts Assistant position looking to develop their skills further or an established Bookkeeper looking to progress their career. This is a varied role exposing the successful candidate to a range of financial tasks including general accounts reconciliation, credit control and invoicing.
This role will be based in the London office for probation but offer hybrid working on completion
Responsibilities:
Raising sales invoices
Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
Managing day-to-day transactions
Credit Control
Bank reconciliations
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Basic administration
Skills:
Minimum of 3 years within a similar bookkeeping or accounts role.
Proven skills with Sage or QuickBooks accounting software
Strong Microsoft Excel skill
High level of accuracy and analytical expertise.
The role is offering £32,000 per annum along with some amazing benefits including 30 days annual leave, private healthcare and annual bonuses.
