A global business insights firm are looking for an bright and ambitious Accounts Assistant to join their team. This role would be ideal for someone who is already in an Accounts Assistant position looking to develop their skills further or an established Bookeeper looking to progress. This is a varied role exposing the successful candidate to a range of financial tasks including general accounts reconciliation, credit control and invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- Raising sales invoices
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
- Managing day-to-day transactions
- Credit Control
- Banks reconcilitation
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Basic administration
Skills:
- minimum of 3 years within a similar bookkeeping or accounts role.
- Proven skills with Sage accounting software
- Strong Microsoft Excel skill
- High level of accuracy and analytical expertise.
