A luxury goods firm is looking for an Part-Qualified Accounts Assistant to join their team and support the Financial Controller in the timely and efficient running of the accounts department to improve overall company profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable/payable.
- Sales invoices
- Reconciliations of accounts and issue statements.
- Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- VAT returns.
- Management and documentation of staff and credit expenses.
- Management and control of bank accounts.
- Assistance with Month end close.
Skills:
- Part Qualified to AAT standards at least.
- Knowledge of VAT/Taxation
- Competent with Excel
- Ability to work to deadlines.
