A well-known and successful organisation is looking for a proven Accounting Manager / Financial Accountant to manage a busy ledger team based in the Maidenhead area, Berkshire / Buckinghamshire borders. This is an office-based role initially (4-8 weeks), but ultimately flexible with approximately 1 day per week in the office.
This would suit a Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA), Part-Qualified or Newly Qualified / Finalist, with proven experience of managing and motivating small finance / transactional teams covering high volumes of transactions, treasury management, cashflow, bank reconciliations, VAT returns and funding analysis / reporting. It is essential to have strong Excel and accountancy systems skills, any experience with Access Finance will be highly advantageous.
Please note, this is a fixed-term contract for 9-12 months, covering maternity leave.
