Account Manager –North London
A highly successful, growing marketing agency based in North London are looking for a personable Account Manager to join their direct marketing team. As the Account Manager you will work to support the achievement of business goals by being responsible for the service delivery of key client accounts (direct mail, print and digital services).
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for high level client communication, ensuring that issues are managed and resolved professionally, that clear audit trails for jobs are available, when requested, and have a proactive approach to ensure invoicing is carried out on a timely basis, ensuring all additional costs are captured, communicated in a timely manner and charged on invoices to clients.
This role would suit a proactive relationship builder as you will manage key strategic clients ensuring that the business is presented as a professional, value added solutions provider to all clients. You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a practical understanding of print and direct marketing services would be advantageous.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £40,000 plus benefits.
