We are specialists in providing contractor and permanent recruitment within the IT, Marketing, HR and Accountancy markets across the UK. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, eager to learn and build lasting relationships with clients and businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all vacancies.
- Proactively developing and managing new and existing client relationships.
- Attend client meetings with hiring managers and company stakeholders.
- Ensuring client objectives are understood and efficiently delivered against.
- Advertisement and marketing of live vacancies.
- Conducting and coordinating interviews with candidates, collecting feedback, checking rights to work and managing the offer process.
- Provide consultation to our customers on market trends, team management and their internal recruitment process.
- Maintain and track personal revenue targets, advertisement budgets and client communication plans.
We operate by investing heavily in our advertisement and marketing campaigns which means No cold calling! Our main focus is developing and providing an exceptional service to our clients.
Commission is paid on everything you earn as well as regular bonuses and salary reviews based on performance.
