An internationally successful and market-leading company is looking for a driven Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to join its team based in the Enfield area, North London / Hertfordshire borders. The successful candidate will own relationships with all customers within an allocated territory. Duties will include managing all orders, resolving queries, resolving account / debt issues, compiling quotes, and maintaining customer records
In order to be suitable for this role you must have worked in a Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager / Director, Business Development Manager or similar customer focussed role. It is essential to have excellent customer service skills with the ability to nurture multiple customer relationships, strong communication skills, an eye for detail as well as capable of constructing quotes and controlling customer financial accounts.
