3rd line Support Engineer

Well established MSP experiencing exponential growth are looking for 3rd line support professionals to  join their Cloud Engineering team.

This a Microsoft Gold Partner business that offers individual training plans, paid time off to train, exams and certifications with Azure and CCNA.

In this role you will be working heavily with Azure and M365, administering Azure/M365 and Exchange, owning and managing the change and release process, working as part of a  fast paced environment, troubleshooting and supporting across a variety of support tickets.

A stand out candidate will identify and implement automation and problem resolution to help drive efficiencies  and act as a mentor and point of advice for the 2nd line team.

You should demonstrate solid 3rd line skills across:

  • Azure Administration
  • VMware
  • Windows
  • Active Directory management/maintenance
  • M365 deployment & administration
  • MS Exchange Management & Support
  • Knowledge of Intune and or SCCM
  • Networking & Troubleshooting
  • PowerShell Scripting
  • Knowledge of ITIL

The starting salary for this is up to £45,000 and there is a decent benefits package, WFH options (3 days per week) and as described training and certification support, along with great opportunities for progression to the right individuals.
