This is the perfect role for a Senior Systems engineer taking the next step in their career, especially if they want to work with industry leading technologies.  A well-established and growing managed service provider is now seeking a Systems Support Engineer to join their  friendly and professional team.

Consider the role at the 3rd line level, although the boundaries are blurred, you will be the final point of escalation. You will be tasked with installing and configuring Windows servers, Exchange, Powershell, Active Directory with advanced DNS, DHCP skills and overseeing the associated network technologies. Ideally you will be MCSE, MCSA certified or equivalent

The role is primarily based in the head office providing remote support.  Occasionally attendance on-site is required, perhaps one day, every other week.

Further, you will learn to take on an increasing amount of mentoring and leadership related work so communication skills are the key caveat to making an application. You must be able to deliver an exceptional client experience and willingly follow the dynamic of the existing team. You will speak well, be outgoing and understand how to communicate with users.
