In order to be suitable for this vacancy you will be a well-established, 3rd line support professional.
You will be responsible for providing support to attain a high level of customer satisfaction. In addition you will be expected to provide problem solving skills and ownership of issues the 1st and 2nd line team cannot resolve. When required you will need to prepare and submit RFCs for approval by the change advisory board.
You will be a technical expert and advise the management team within the risk management process. You will be service led and thrive on the success of our customers. Working as part of a team you will be professional and diplomatic with colleagues and customers alike.
From a technical perspective, you will be an expert around Windows Server, Exchange, SQL Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, networking, Firewalls, security and desktop applications.
Ideal candidates will have an abundance of Microsoft qualifications and will be given study support to increase these further!
This is a permanent position offering a basic salary of up to £60,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
