A well-established charity based in Central London are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join the team.

As the 2nd Line Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing expertise in the administration, management and support activities associated with the IT server, network and bespoke applications.
Key responsibilities as the 2nd Line Support Engineer will include providing 1st and 2nd line support to users and liaising with third parties to escalate 3rd line issues, administration and maintenance of the server and networking infrastructure, responding to security threats and managing vulnerabilities, updating and upgrading bespoke applications and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on digital projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar IT role within a not-for-profit organisation and be a self-starter with excellent people and communication skills. You will have prior experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, hardware (PCs/printers/scanners/AV equipment), network and server administration.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £47,000 per annum dependent on the level of experience + benefits.
