A highly successful, rapidly growing software house based in the heart of Central London is looking for an ambitious 2nd Line Support Engineer to join its talented team.
You will work within a highly experienced team, gaining exposure to new technologies and be responsible for supporting the company’s Software and Hardware platforms, fixing any problems, and escalating when necessary.
As the 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will also assist with Windows & MySQL administration, helping with software testing and liaising with their client’s IT teams to implement their platform.
To be considered for this role, you must have a real drive and passion for IT and a pro-active, positive, can-do attitude. You will ideally have had prior experience providing IT support within a Windows environment, and be keen to gain exposure to an exciting technology stack.
Additionally, if you have experience with Linux, this would be considered highly advantageous but is by no means essential.
