A growing company in the insurance sector is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join it’s well established team. The role will be based in the City of London (when it is possible to return to the office) but will start off as a remote position. The role holder will take on 2nd line level remote support (desk side support eventually), as well as helping with projects.
To be suitable for this position you must have the following several years’ experience in the following:
- Windows Server 2008 and up, Active Directory & Exchange Server 2016
- Helpdesk and IT Administration
- - Antivirus & backup systems
The salary for this role is up to £35,000 plus benefits including private healthcare.
