Based out of Tower Hill, central London, this is a 3 month contract with a IT managed service provider. Focusing on quality and the customer, they have a robust slate of service contracts. The role is primarily based in the head office providing remote support. Occasionally attendance on-site is required.
Working on a central Service desk, you will be supporting clients at 2nd line level. You will be tasked with supporting and maintaining Windows desktop and Windows servers and supporting an array of common software applications including O365 via phone, remote and deskside.
Working as part of a team you will take on some work with Exchange and Active Directory. Starting with support and maintenance, before resolving more complex issues.
Communication skills are the key. You must be able to deliver an exceptional client experience and willingly follow the dynamic of the existing team. You will speak well, be outgoing and understand how to communicate with users.
The hours of work will be between 7am - 7pm with shifts being: 07:00-15:30 and the 10:30-19:00 shifts.
The rate is in the range of £170 to £180 per day.
