1st/2nd Line Support Analyst

A well-established business is looking for a personable, driven and adaptable IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team, based in North London.

You will work as the first point of contact for IT-related issues. You will provide 1st/2nd line technical support to all members of the firm and their clients to ensure that all customers receive a friendly, enthusiastic and professional level of service.

The successful candidate must have some prior experience with equipment configuration and installation on PC’s, laptops, and mobile devices. You will also have experience with equipment testing and handover, asset management and customer relationship management. Knowledge of Microsoft products including Active Directory is essential for this role.
