This is a fantastic opportunity with a central London business in Leicester Square who are expanding their IT function. The role will see you provide end user support to approximately 300 users across multiple buildings. It will give you exposure to a wide range of technologies.
The starting salary on offer is up to £32,000 plus bonus and benefits.
You will work alongside the Head of IT and Systems Administrator in supporting users remotely and face to face with:
- PC and desktop support,
- Windows OS
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- Office365
- Networking
- Windows Server
- IT projects
To be considered suitable you will need to have some previous 1st line IT support as either an IT Analyst or Service Desk Engineer along with strong communication skills and a friendly personality with a genuine interest in IT. Experience with supporting Microsoft technologies will also be required.
