1st Line Support Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st line IT Support Analyst to join a well established and growing firm in the Tamworth area. This role is paying up to £20,000 + benefits and requires previous experience supporting Microsoft systems.
To be considered for this newly created position you will be a confident and outgoing individual with a passion for IT. In addition to commercial experience, you will ideally have an IT qualification, although this is not essential.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing 1st line telephone, remote and deskside IT support. This will include working with and support:
  • Windows 10
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Remote Access & call logging tools
  • Laptops & mobile devices
Working in a small IT team of 3 you will be responsible for supporting circa 90 onsite users and 90 remote (working from home & field-based) users.
This will be an exciting role giving you access to the complete IT system and the opportunity to further your skills.
Based on a trading estate outside of Tamworth my client has easy access from the M45 and A5. Due to their location, the successful candidate must drive and have own transport. This role is paying £18,000 - £20,000 + pension, healthcare, dental and life assurance.
