A well-established SME IT business is looking for a motivated 1st Line Support Analyst to join their growing team.
You will act as the first point of contact for all IT users, logging all incidents and prioritising and/or escalating them accordingly.
Some experience of the following is required:
- Windows XP, Windows 7
- Office 2007, 2010, 2013
- Active Directory administration
- Microsoft Exchange administration
It would be useful if you had some experience of providing 1st line support and/or telephony skills.
