A growing Managed Service Provider is seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to help provide support to users from contracted clients. This role is based near Caterham and supports multiple geographical locations ensuring systems are maintained and supported to the highest standards.
Some local travel maybe required.
To be considered for this role ideally you will have 1-2 years experience of working in a 1st line IT support and be able to communicate effectively with different clients from SME's to owner operators who need technical support from simple outlook problems to more complex hardware problems. In turn you will be working in a supportive team who recognise the importance of work life balance and who value loyalty.
* Having a driving license and car is essential for this role.
