1st Line IT Support Analyst
Helpdesk Analyst, Graduate IT Support or 1st Line Support Analyst
A well established and rapidly growing business are looking for a recent IT or Computer Science Graduate to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business with long term career opportunities.
To be suitable you will be an IT graduate with some exposure to providing 1st/2nd line support within a Windows environment.
You will within the team managing a Mac OS and Windows infrastructure, Netgear/Juniper network but also Office 365, SharePoint online and Azure.
This position will allow you to gain exposure to a large and growing network whilst being part of a team allowing your future IT career.
Your principle duties will include but not limited to:
Providing 1st line support to users via email, phone and remote connections
Administration and support of Windows operating systems and phone systems
Hardware and software fault finding and resolution
The ideal candidate will have a clear passion for IT, excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.
The salary on offer for this role is £20,000 plus benefits.
