An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1st line Application Support Analyst to join a forward-thinking software consultancy based near Guildford. This is a hybrid role that offers post-training on the job.
To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator with a strong interest in technology.
You'll be responsible for providing 1st line telephone and remote support to clients, investigating logged tickets and where possible providing resolution. Give guidance on the best use of the software functionality, ensuring newly introduced features are fully utilised.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- A-levels or equivalent-experience
- Be able to communicate issues clearly
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills
There is on-site parking and/or free shuttle service from Guildford train station.

Salary on offer is between £21,000 - £27,000 DoE.
