1st and 2nd Line IT Support Analyst

A leading media-focused business are looking for a 1st and 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their in-house team.

You will be the first point of contact for IT support for the UK and wider European region, supporting circa 150 users. The IT set up is predominantly Microsoft / Windows but also incorporates some Apple / MAC technology.

Previous experience with; Windows 10, MacOS, Ios, Active Directory, Office 365, using remote support tools and working with a helpdesk application is essential.

The company pride themselves on their working culture and thought-out office environment. They actively embrace new technologies and are looking to add someone to the team who is themselves a keen tech-enthusiast.

They will need the successful candidate to be an articulate and friendly IT professional who thrives within a busy, office setting and who can deliver high quality IT Support.
