A leading media-focused business are looking for a 1st and 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their in-house team.
You will be the first point of contact for IT support for the UK and wider European region, supporting circa 150 users. The IT set up is predominantly Microsoft / Windows but also incorporates some Apple / MAC technology.
Previous experience with; Windows 10, MacOS, Ios, Active Directory, Office 365, using remote support tools and working with a helpdesk application is essential.
